Educators

You will perform one training seminar for 40 trainees. Trainees are unemployed migrants and refugees. A 6-hours on line preparation seminar for educators from all partners is going to be organized to train you about the learning material, procedure and the training methods that are going to be applied during training courses.

The training seminar is implemented in two (2) phases:

Phase 1- Distance Learning Course (DLC) in recycling and reuse social entrepreneurship (20 hours). Two (2) groups of 20 trainees will attend it. It is an on-line training for the trainees so that they will all share common academic knowledge and prepare themselves in order to take part in the next training step, that is to run a simulated social enterprise in recycling and reuse (Distance Learning Course (DLC), 20 hours).

Phase 2- Simulation Learning Course (SLC) in recycling and reuse social entrepreneurship (20 hours-5 days). This is the main course and its aim is to train in vivo based on real scenarios for establishing and running a recycling and reuse social enterprise. Scenarios, procedures and routines to run a simulated social enterprise in recycling and reuse will be taught. It is implemented in class properly equipped with the presence of 1 or 2 tutors. 4 groups of 10 trainees will attend it.

The development of the content and of the format of the training course is based on the curriculum that has been proposed by the “New Chance, New Life” partnership.
